The
holiday season is a great time to start a new
family tradition. On Dec. 2, 9 and 16, The Ritz-Carlton
New York, Central Park, and FAO Schwarz will
join forces to present “Teddy Bear Tea,”
during which both adults and children can take
afternoon tea at The Ritz-Carlton Atelier restaurant.
While adults can enjoy traditional high tea—complete
with scones, pastries, gourmet teas and tea
sandwiches—children will be treated to
a special tea service including sandwiches,
sweets and hot chocolate.
As
if an afternoon of cocoa and treats couldn’t
get any better, each child will also receive
a plush 2006 Signature FAO Schwarz Teddy Bear.
Following the tea service, guests can enjoy
story time with the FAO Schwarz Toy Soldier.
The price per person is $80, and a seven-day
advance payment is required as well as a reservation.
